No, we rent properties on a first-come, first-served basis to applicants with completed applications and paid fees. We encourage you to apply quickly to secure the home you’re interested in. -
Do I need to pay first and last month’s rent along with the security deposit?
In most cases, tenants are required to pay the first month’s rent and a security deposit at move-in. Requirements can vary by property, and in some cases, last month’s rent may also be collected. -
How old must I be to apply for a rental?
You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a lease agreement. -
Is my security deposit refundable?
Yes, security deposits are refundable as long as the lease terms are fulfilled and there is no excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear. Charges may be deducted for repairs, cleaning, or unpaid rent. -
When is a cosigner needed?
A cosigner may be required if your application doesn’t meet certain criteria such as credit score, income, or rental history. Cosigners must qualify financially and sign a guarantee agreement. -
How do I apply for a rental?

What are my rent payment options?

Can I get a pet during my lease?
Before bringing a pet into your home, please review your lease and contact us for approval. Some properties allow pets with an added deposit or monthly pet rent, while others may have restrictions. -
What if I want to move out but my roommate wants to stay?
If one tenant plans to move out, the remaining tenant may need to requalify or have an approved replacement added to the lease. Please contact us so we can guide you through your options. -
How do I notify you if I’m moving out?
Most leases require written notice within a specific time frame—typically 30 or 60 days. Please refer to your lease and submit written notice before the deadline. -
Who is responsible for maintenance and repairs?
We handle all routine maintenance and repair needs. However, tenants may be billed for any damage caused by neglect or misuse. All maintenance requests should be submitted promptly through your tenant portal or maintenance form.
