Dakota Baker Principal Broker/Director of Operations

Since entering the real estate industry in 2021, my goal has been to bring clarity and confidence to every client experience. As a principal broker specializing in single-family and multifamily rentals across NWA, I’ve helped build a departmentalized firm focused on transparency and support, where there's always a specialist ready to help. I believe in the potential of this region and want to empower more people to invest in it, while also ensuring tenants are treated with fairness and respect. Whether you’re renting, investing, or just exploring options, I’m here to help make the process clear and manageable.

I began my career in real estate support in 1995 and transitioned into property management in 2009 at the request of Pat Harris. Over the years, I’ve taken on a wide range of responsibilities—including move coordination, maintenance oversight, onboarding new properties, and supporting our broker—always with a focus on follow-through and attention to detail. I believe residents should feel truly at home and that property owners should feel confident their investments are in good hands. I take pride in my strong work ethic, my ability to guide owners, and the consistency I bring to every aspect of my role. Having been cross-trained across both the real estate and property management sides of the business, I bring a flexible, knowledgeable presence to our team. What I enjoy most is the sense of family within our office and the small-town spirit that still thrives here in the NWA community I call home.

Amanda Conway Accountant

Real estate has been a part of my family for generations, and in 2010, I began my own journey in the field by stepping into property management with Harris McHaney. What started as a part-time role quickly evolved into a full-time commitment as the business grew, and I eventually transitioned into my current role as Accounting Director. I manage all financial matters for both clients and tenants, and I take pride in maintaining accuracy while building strong, lasting relationships across our network. I enjoy the daily challenges that come with numbers and believe in treating others the way I’d want to be treated. My long-standing ties to the company and community allow me to navigate operations with both trust and familiarity. While Northwest Arkansas continues to grow, I appreciate that it still feels like the small town I knew growing up—and I’m proud to call Rogers home.

Joanna Tucker Maintenance Coordinator

I began my journey in property management in 2016, stepping up to help during a transition at my apartment complex, which led to my first leasing role. Since then, I’ve grown into a well-rounded professional with experience in leasing, maintenance coordination, and team support. From screening applications and preparing move-in packets to managing maintenance requests and vendor communication, I focus on keeping processes smooth and clients informed. My approach is grounded in clear communication, empathy, and follow-through, ensuring a positive experience for both residents and property owners. Over the years, I’ve developed skills in preventive maintenance, emergency response, and team leadership, and I take pride in helping keep operations organized and efficient. Being part of a collaborative team in the NWA community is incredibly rewarding, and I strive every day to uphold the values of clarity, confidence, and fairness in all I do.

Kayla Dodds Leasing Coordinator

With a background in residential and commercial construction management, I relocated to Arkansas in 2024 and found a natural fit with Harris McHaney Property Management. I began as a Maintenance Coordinator and now serve as the Leasing Coordinator, where I prepare lease contracts, coordinate with property owners and tenants, and help ensure smooth move-ins. I’m known for being organized, responsive, and solutions-focused—always aiming to create a positive, respectful experience for everyone involved. I take pride in clear communication, efficient task management, and staying ahead of potential issues to keep processes running smoothly. With a mindset rooted in growth and collaboration, I value being part of a team that supports each other and contributes to the vibrant, growing Northwest Arkansas community.

Tyler Fisher Field Coordinator

I joined the property management field five years ago after a good friend told me about an opportunity, and I’ve been proud to be part of the team ever since. My primary focus is conducting move-in and move-out inspections, where I aim to create a smooth, positive experience for residents and property owners alike. I bring a positive attitude to my work and make it a point to listen actively to clients, tenants, and team members to ensure everyone feels heard and supported. I take pride in supporting the company by delivering reliable, high-quality service and have developed new skills along the way, including taking professional-grade property photos. What I enjoy most about working here is the incredible team I get to collaborate with every day and the welcoming spirit of the Northwest Arkansas community. I uphold the values of clarity, confidence, and fairness by maintaining open communication, which helps reduce uncertainty and build trust across the board.

Kenny Baggett Field Coordinator

I joined the property management team in February 2025 after spending time in real estate, where rental leads introduced me to the field. Through close collaboration with experienced brokers and a growing interest in property oversight, I stepped into my current role. I primarily coordinate and conduct property walkthroughs, ensuring homes are well-maintained and safe for tenants while providing clear, concise reports to owners. I take pride in supporting my team by handling tasks efficiently, helping free up time for others, and delivering reliable insights to property owners. Since joining the team, I’ve gained valuable skills in property evaluation and improved my technical abilities. What I enjoy most is the team I work with and learning more about the fast-growing Northwest Arkansas community. I strive to uphold clarity, confidence, and fairness by communicating clearly, staying organized, and completing tasks with accountability.

Trahsai Brown Renewal Coordinator

I joined the real estate field in 2022 after earning my license and gaining experience as a showing assistant. Before that, I worked in retail, helping customers design and furnish their homes—an experience that shaped my understanding of client needs. Now, as the Renewal Coordinator Administrator at Harris McHaney Property Management, I guide clients through the application process, connect them with our team, and support smooth communication between residents and property owners. I value empathy, fairness, and clear communication, and I take pride in helping ensure every applicant is considered with care.
