TENANT PAYMENTS MADE EASY
All rental payments are made directly to Harris McHaney Property Management. We take out all relevant maintenance charges ourselves, with the remaining funds directly deposited into your account no later than the 15th of the month.
WE KEEP YOU SHIELDED FROM TENANT ISSUES
We require all renters to fill out a rental application complete with a background check, credit check, verification of employment and rental verification. A lease agreement is signed and security deposit paid only after the approval of the owner.
DON’T WORRY ABOUT COMPLICATED LEGAL PAPERWORK!
Harris McHaney Property Management keeps an attorney on retainer for assistance and legal guidance.
REPAIRS MADE EASY!
We will work with the owner to determine a dollar limit for repairs to be done without prior approval, usually $200. Any maintenance that exceeds this pre-determined limit will not be performed without the owner’s approval except in the case of an emergency. We also have outside contractors for maintenance issues and oversee all custodial and maintenance services, we even offer an after-hours maintenance program
WE’LL EVEN GO OUT AND GET THE TENANT FOR YOU!
We do that for you! We will solicit, show and secure a tenant ourselves, saving you time and cost! Our fee for this is the first month’s rent.
