Since 1976, Harris McHaney Property Management has been the premier property management company for Northwest Arkansas. Specializing in single family homes, condominiums and townhomes, multi-family units, and commercial properties, HMRPM is well experienced and well equipped to provide owners and tenants with the finest in rental services.

Did you know Harris McHaney Property Management has the largest staff of any other property management company in NW Arkansas? We are also a full-service property management company. What does full-service mean?
Maintenance: We facilitate all the maintenance needs from the tenant. We also do not charge stuff, not doing that.
Accounting: Keep accurate records of all money coming in and going out. Our property owners- an annual statement showing all your expenses for the year, save you time, with taxes.
Tenant Relations: We the sounding board for any tenant owner complaints.
we cover which gives you the owner, less time to work on your properties, and more time to yourself. Although our staff may be departmentalized, we all share one common goal…To Protect Your Investment!
Our Services
TENANT PAYMENTS MADE EASY
All rental payments are made directly to Harris McHaney Property Management. We take out all relevant maintenance charges ourselves, with the remaining funds directly deposited into your account no later than the 15th of the month.
WE KEEP YOU SHIELDED FROM TENANT ISSUES
We require all renters to fill out a rental application complete with a background check, credit check, verification of employment and rental verification. A lease agreement is signed and security deposit paid only after the approval of the owner.
DON’T WORRY ABOUT COMPLICATED LEGAL PAPERWORK!
Harris McHaney Property Management keeps an attorney on retainer for assistance and legal guidance.
REPAIRS MADE EASY!
We will work with the owner to determine a dollar limit for repairs to be done without prior approval, usually $200. Any maintenance that exceeds this pre-determined limit will not be performed without the owner’s approval except in the case of an emergency. We also have outside contractors for maintenance issues and oversee all custodial and maintenance services, we even offer an after-hours maintenance program
WE’LL EVEN GO OUT AND GET THE TENANT FOR YOU!
We do that for you! We will solicit, show and secure a tenant ourselves, saving you time and cost! Our fee for this is the first month’s rent.

Jake Harr

In 2014, Jake came to property management by way of the service industry. As a classically trained chef, he opened several of Northwest Arkansas’s top grossing restaurants including the catering program at the John Q. Hammons convention center and most recently the critically acclaimed Eleven at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. He strives to apply that same sense of superior service and streamlined process found in his kitchens when taking care of our clients and their investments.

Sue Fulcher has been with the company for over 16 years. She has worked from accounting, to maintenance, to move coordinator, to her current role as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager.

With over 6 years with the company, Amanda is a tremendous asset to HMRPM. She works with all incoming and outgoing finances for property owners, tenants, vendors, and POA’s.
Marcela Lara

Marcela is our front lines in the office and on the phones. She collects rent payments for in person payments, helps coordinate showing requests and showing appointments, processes applications for potential new tenants, assists with property listings, and a key player in collections for delinquent rents.

Pat Harris and Jack McHaney started Harris McHaney Realtors in 1977. With over 40 years in real estate experience in NW Arkansas, and a daily office presence, Mr. Harris offers a level of prowess and expertise to our staff. In 2010, Mr. Harris merged with Coldwell Banker Faucette, but maintained the property management side of real estate a separate entity. This gives the HMRPM staff the ability to focus solely on the management of rental properties, which allows our staff to do more for our clients.
Lynnette Harris

Becoming a licensed real estate agent in 1986, Lynnette Harris has been in real estate for over 30 years. Through her hard work, dedication, and skills she has developed relationships with the top corporations in our area, creating a relocation program that surpasses any other real estate company in the area. As Principle Broker of HMRPM, Mrs. Harris oversees all contracts and leases to ensure our staff is upheld to the highest standards.
