When I think of Harris McHaney, I think of two things: Family and Training! Family because each and every HMR agent is treated as a very important member of the family. Our Mentors and Brokers are always looking out for us and Managements doors are ALWAYS open if you have questions or issues. Training because there are few things in this world as dangerous as a person with a "little knowledge". HMR gives all of it's new agents/family members the necessary training to hit the ground running. Weekly Sales Meetings and frequent training sessions keep us all informed on the current market.
