Harris McHaney has Arkansas' only fully staffed coaching program. We also have a complete in-house training program along with a 34 member staff and management team. Harris McHaney is a full service agency with an in-house Information Technology Department, a non-profit Marketing Department, Arkansas' largest non-profit Relocation Department. We also have a Property Management Department, Commercial Department, Recruiting Department and a Closing Department.
I started with Harris McHaney as a receptionist. The real estate business looked so exciting that I decided to go to real estate school. Friends discouraged me, saying I would never be successful and should keep my "real job".
However, I was determined to have a real estate career. With the training, coaching and support of Harris McHaney brokers, coaches and other agents, I have just finished my fourth successful year as a Realtor. I am now in my fifth very successful year as respected member of the Realtor Community and couldn't have done it without being a member of the Harris McHaney Family!
