I have always believed that true selling is simply, “relationship building”. Whether one is selling a home, electronics or just a good cup of coffee, it all begins with a foundation of trust and will. Through my career and in my personal relationships, I have strived to build real relationships with each individual I meet and will continue to do so in the years to come.
My life in real estate began in 1995 with the purchase of my first home. The cost of that home was 32K and two years later it sold for 49K. Of coarse this increase came after a little sweat equity but it didn’t take long for me to see that with a little investment I could see a great return. In the years to come God blessed me with the ability to build custom homes while also growing my career as an accounts manager in the state of Arkansas. The amount of sales knowledge I gained through these years of my life are priceless.
For many years my friends and business partners mentioned that I should consider a career in real estate. So in 2008 after some careful consideration and a whole lot of prayer, my wife and I decided to make the commitment to enter the real estate market on a full time basis. I interviewed many different companies in order to find the team that would provide the greatest support for this career and after many meetings; I was excited to join the Harris McHaney Realty team.
