Directions
From Fayetteville: North on I-540, Exit 83, West on New Hope Road, North on Horsebarn. Horsebarn will turn in to 52nd Street. We are up the hill and on the right just north of the new hotels. 809 S. 52nd Street, the north door will take you right in to Property Management.
From Bella Vista: South on I-540, Exit 85, West on Walton Blvd, South on Medical Center Parkway (Krispy Kreme Donuts), take left fork onto 52nd Street into MetroPark, we are down on the left at 809 S. 52nd Street.

Dave Collins - Director of Operations
Dave is a "retired" Rogers businessman having owned Travel Inc. of Rogers for 20 years. After retirement, he was looking for a new challenge and decided to go into real estate. After earning his license in 2005, he joined our Lake Office as a full-time agent. Dave has been an HMR Million $ Club producer since he came on board. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to direct his talents and vast business experience into the Property Management Department.
Robin Marler - Property Manager
Continuing in the role of Property Manager is Robin Marler who has over 20 years with the company. She plays a vital role with her wealth of knowledge and long-term relationships with owners and tenants alike. A few of Robin's responsibilities include maintenance, inventory, rent collection, and relationships with maintenance vendors.
Brenda Branstetter - Assistant Property Manager
Her responsibilities include inventory, web-leads, tenants, processing tenant applications and reports for management meetings to name a few.
Sue Fulcher - Accounting
Sue Fulcher plays a vital role in keeping our accounting functions running efficiently. A few of her duties include accounts payable/receivables, creating owner's reports, tracking all commission statements, bank balance summaries and ensuring all facets of funds are accurate.
